1. Digital Products & Online Courses

Since our products are digital educational courses, recorded classes, and downloadable learning materials, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

By purchasing any course from TIC Academy, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may only be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical issue preventing course access from our side
  • Wrong course purchased due to payment error
  • Refund approved by management under special circumstances

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of time to complete the course
  • Failure to attend live sessions
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
  • Partial course completion
  • Course access already used extensively
  • Failure to understand course requirements before purchase

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact us within 3 days of purchase with:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Payment Screenshot or Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Refund approval is completely at the discretion of TIC Academy
  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions

6. Course Access Suspension

If a refund is approved:

  • Course access will be removed immediately
  • Downloadable materials must not be used or shared further

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway fees or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

TIC Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
